It is a statistic system that gathers information, to give us a statistic picture of how many visitors the website has had, where they come from, on which part of the webpage they exited etc. On Provstegaarden.com log statistic is used to optimize the website and its functionality. Payment information

Credit\/Debit Card Information – we use a third party payment processor to handle this information securely. None of your Credit\/Debit card information is stored anywhere on this site or our servers.

Your transaction data is stored only as long as it is necessary.

All payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by us and our service providers.

 

Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on this website. On some pages, you can book a stay, make requests or register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are name, address, telephone number and email address.

We record your personal information for the purpose of keeping track of our guest’s bookings, answer requests etc.

Personal information is registered at Provstegården ApS or one of our partners. It is stored for at least 5 years, as to Danish law whereupon the information will be deleted.

When collecting personal information through our website or offline, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

We store and transmit customer information encrypted.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We use third-party companies for different actions, such as, but not limited to Google & Stripe. All companies that we work with are all complying with European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR)

Information provided to Provstegården Bed & Breakfast is never sold in any way to a third party and is only transmitted to a third party to commit actions otherwise impossible for us (such as emailing). We do not record any sensitive personal information.

 

When registered with Provstegården ApS, you always have the following rights:

  • Right to be informed that personal data are collected and processed.
  • Right to gain insight into how your information is processed.
  • Right to get corrected incorrect data and limited processing.
  • Right to delete data.
  • Right to object to the processing and disclosure of your information.

We are not committed to knowing what different booking sites you have booked through are using your data for or can we delete it for you. Please contact them directly for any queries. If you book directly through us, on our homepage, phone or via mail – we can identify all your details and delete them on your request.
